2. WHAT IS COVERED
MXWOSVE provides a 12-month limited warranty against eligible defects in materials and workmanship arising under normal, intended use during the warranty period.
If a qualifying defect is identified, MXWOSVE will evaluate the claim and determine an appropriate remedy, which may include inspection, adjustment, repair, or replacement of the affected component.
Component Categories
The following categories help customers understand the types of components that may be considered for warranty evaluation. Actual coverage depends on the purchased product, the cause of the issue, and the applicable warranty terms.
| Component Category | Examples of Potential Covered Defects |
|---|---|
| Motor & Drive System | Qualifying manufacturing defects affecting the motor or drive components |
| Battery System | Eligible defects in battery materials or workmanship |
| Controller & Electrical System | Qualifying defects affecting the controller or electrical connections |
| Display & Controls | Manufacturing defects affecting the display, sensors, or control components |
| Frame & Structural Components | Eligible manufacturing defects affecting structural integrity |
| Other Original Components | Qualifying defects in original components supplied with the product |
This table is a general guide and does not guarantee coverage for every component or failure.
Certain products or components may have specific technical requirements or additional written terms. Please refer to the product documentation or contact our support team for clarification.
3. BATTERY WARRANTY & SAFETY
Battery capacity naturally changes with age, charging cycles, storage conditions, and usage.
Normal battery aging or gradual capacity loss is not automatically considered a manufacturing defect. However, a qualifying defect in battery materials or workmanship may be eligible for warranty evaluation.
Warranty eligibility may be affected by damage caused by:
-
Physical impact or improper handling.
-
Incompatible charging equipment.
-
Improper storage or exposure to extreme conditions.
-
Water exposure beyond the product's stated protection rating.
-
Unauthorized electrical modifications that cause the reported damage.
-
Failure to follow the applicable charging and storage instructions.
If a battery shows abnormal swelling, overheating, leakage, or other signs of a potential safety issue, stop using or charging it and contact our support team.
Always follow the safety instructions provided with your specific product.
4. WHAT IS NOT COVERED
The limited warranty is intended to address eligible manufacturing defects. It does not generally cover ordinary wear, accidental damage, or damage caused by improper use.
| Exclusion | Examples |
|---|---|
| Normal Wear & Tear | Ordinary wear of tires, brake pads, chains, grips, bearings, seals, and other consumable components |
| Accidental Damage | Damage caused by collisions, falls, impacts, or improper handling |
| Improper Use | Use outside the product's stated intended purpose or operating limits |
| Improper Maintenance | Damage caused by failure to follow applicable assembly, inspection, maintenance, or storage instructions |
| Overloading or Extreme Riding | Damage caused by exceeding the product's stated load limits or operating capabilities |
| Environmental Damage | Damage caused by corrosive substances or exposure beyond the product's specified environmental protection |
| Unauthorized Modifications | Damage directly caused by unauthorized modifications or incompatible components |
| Cosmetic Changes | Ordinary scratches, fading, and other cosmetic changes resulting from normal use |
| External Events | Damage caused by fires, floods, natural disasters, or similar external events |
The use of third-party replacement parts or independent repair services does not automatically void the entire warranty.
Where permitted by applicable law, coverage may be denied for a particular defect if the defect or damage was caused by an incompatible component, improper repair, or unauthorized modification.
5. HOW TO REQUEST WARRANTY SERVICE
We aim to make the warranty process clear and straightforward.
Step 1: Contact Our Support Team
Email support@mxwosve.com with your order number, product model, and a description of the issue.
Step 2: Provide Relevant Information
Please include photographs or videos when reasonably necessary to help us understand the reported problem. Our team may request additional information or recommend appropriate preliminary troubleshooting.
Step 3: Review & Resolution
After reviewing the claim, we will explain the available next steps. Depending on the circumstances and applicable warranty terms, a qualifying claim may be resolved through adjustment, repair, or replacement of the affected component.
Please provide the following information when submitting a request:
-
Order number or proof of purchase.
-
Product model.
-
Description of the issue.
-
Relevant photographs or videos, if available.
-
Contact information.
Do not attempt electrical or mechanical procedures beyond your qualifications. If the product appears unsafe to operate, discontinue use until the issue has been assessed.
6. REPAIRS, REPLACEMENTS & SERVICE COSTS
For claims confirmed to be covered by the applicable warranty, MXWOSVE will determine an appropriate remedy in accordance with the warranty terms and applicable law.
Depending on the nature of the issue, this may include adjustment, repair, replacement of a qualifying defective component, or another remedy required by law.
For issues outside the warranty coverage, paid repair or support may be available.
Any applicable parts, labor, or transportation charges for paid services will be communicated before the service is performed.
Shipping and labor responsibilities for covered warranty repairs will be handled according to the applicable warranty terms and mandatory legal requirements.
Please do not ship a bike, battery, or component to a service location without first receiving instructions from our support team.
7. PURCHASE RECORDS & WARRANTY VALIDATION
Customers should retain their order confirmation, invoice, or other valid proof of purchase.
These records help us verify the product, original purchase date, and applicable warranty period.
If you cannot locate your purchase record, please contact our support team. We may be able to verify your order through available transaction records.
A missing paper warranty card alone does not automatically eliminate rights available under an applicable written warranty or consumer protection law.
8. SHIPPING DAMAGE & INCORRECT ORDERS
If your product arrives damaged, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, contact MXWOSVE as soon as reasonably possible.
Please retain the original packaging and provide photographs of the package and affected product when available.
Shipping damage, missing components, and incorrect items may require a resolution process different from a standard manufacturing defect claim.
Please also refer to our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies available under applicable law for damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied products.
9. SUPPORT AFTER THE WARRANTY PERIOD
We understand that customers may need assistance after the warranty period ends.
Where available, MXWOSVE may provide guidance on maintenance, replacement parts, and repair options.
Out-of-warranty services may involve charges for parts, labor, or transportation. Any applicable charges will be communicated before paid service proceeds.
The availability of replacement parts and repair services may vary by product and inventory.
10. WARRANTY COVERAGE FOR ALL BRANDS
MXWOSVE provides the same 12-month limited warranty policy for all eligible electric bikes, electric off-road bikes, and related products sold through our website, including products from other brands.
All eligible products are covered against qualifying defects in materials and workmanship arising under normal, intended use during the 12-month warranty period, subject to the terms, conditions, and exclusions outlined in this Warranty Policy.
Warranty claims will be reviewed by MXWOSVE. Eligible claims will be handled through appropriate inspection, adjustment, repair, or replacement of defective components, as applicable.
The warranty period begins on the original date of purchase unless otherwise required by applicable law.
For warranty assistance, please contact support@mxwosve.com with your order number, product model, and a description of the issue.
Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
11. IMPORTANT WARRANTY INFORMATION
This limited warranty is provided subject to its stated terms and applicable law.
Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts consumer rights, statutory warranties, or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, MXWOSVE does not cover personal incidental expenses, such as travel costs or lost working time, solely because a customer is temporarily unable to use a product during warranty service.
This provision does not exclude any liability or remedy that cannot legally be waived.
No revision to this policy will retroactively remove warranty coverage already granted for an eligible purchase.
